After graduating, Bronwyn Spence joined RSE as a Graduate Chemical Engineer in the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team and quickly excelled on the RSE Graduate Programme, realising her potential and strong passion to lead and drive success within her team.
Bronwyn was recognised for her development by progressing into the role of an RSE Assistant Project Manager.
Kathryn Dalgleish embarked on a Graduate Apprenticeship in Civil Engineering whilst at Heriot Watt University, completing her degree whilst gaining on-the-job experience with RSE.
Her significant involvement in the management of projects during her graduate apprenticeship with RSE was recognised when she was awarded the winner of the Rising Star of the Year category at the Water Industry Awards 2022. Kathryn was fast-tracked into completing the Graduate Programme and commenced her role as a Civil Engineer.
Jordan Geddes started his career with RSE as a Labourer, but his ambition to gain professional experience and qualifications led him to undertake a Pipe Fitting & Welding apprenticeship.
Jordan’s potential as a 3rd year RSE Apprentice was quickly recognised by senior management and he was transitioned into the RSE Production division, to pursue a career in a Project Engineering role.
Graham Gilchrist worked as a multi-skilled engineering apprentice before working his way up in the mechanical discipline, starting his journey with RSE as a Mechanical Technician.
Since then, Graham’s progression through the company by demonstrating his knowledge and leadership skills has resulted in the role of RSE Contracts Manager for our Operations and Maintenance team.
