O&M Team Take Part in Charity Hill Climb
Last Saturday, staff from our Operations & Maintenance team took part in a charity hill climb up Ben Vorlich and Stuc’ a’ Chroin, taking on the challenge in aid of raising funds for two different cancer causes.
Firstly, the team is raising money to help pay for a treatment plan for 4-year-old Calum Rae in support of his fight with StageM High-risk Neaurblastoma. Secondly, the funds raised by the climb will contribute to the It’s 2 Good 2 Give charity which supports the physical and mental wellbeing of young cancer patients and their families in Scotland.
We would like to recognise the effort that was put in by the O&M team to organise and complete the fundraising climb and hope that all those who attended had a great time walking in the outdoors in the process. Well done everyone!
It’s not too late to donate and any contributions made to the team’s Just Giving page are much appreciated.
