DV2 Behaviour Charter Champion Award – Nominations & Category Winner
Last week RSE was delighted for two of our Senior Project Engineers to receive recognition at Scottish Water’s DV2 Behaviour Charter Champion Awards ceremony.
The virtual awards ceremony was held to highlight the behaviours required for success across Charter teams and to value those who have performed exceptionally well in these areas over recent months.
Aaron Mount, working in our Operations & Maintenance team, was the category winner for the ‘Being Honest, Clear and Transparent’ award for always being crystal clear in the details of any task or wider project. By acting as a mentor, Aaron’s ability to be transparent has successfully guided graduates through the day-to-day running of projects, whilst still delivering his projects on time. He uses his knowledge and experience to approach new ways of working with his peers and clients, always offering a further understanding, and delivering successful projects with the mentality of getting it right first time.

James Elliott was also nominated by the Operations & Maintenance team for the ‘Developing Strong Trust’ award due to his attention to detail and passion for every project to succeed first time. James was recognised for always having the answers to the questions that he is asked with a clear and concise approach. As a result he has established a very strong and trusting relationship with clients and the wider RSE team. James’ trusting nature has been shown within the Charter teams by openly sharing his knowledge and experience with anyone that requires it, whilst always taking onboard honest feedback.

RSE is delighted for our Senior Project Engineers to receive the thoroughly deserved recognition in both award categories and for our teams to be demonstrating exemplary trusting, honest and transparent behaviours throughout the DV2 Charter.
