RSE Bolsters Growth into Southern England

Scottish headquartered engineering group RSE (Ross-shire Engineering) today completed the acquisition of Southampton company Murray Technical Services (M-Tech ); an electrical engineering and installation contractor for the UK water industry.

The deal will see RSE take up a majority equity share in the business whilst retaining the key skills of the M-Tech Team.

M-Tech have a great reputation across the south of England for electrical installations and maintenance. The M-tech acquisition is a reaction to increased demand for RSE ser-vices in the south, and we are now pleased to bolster our skills-base and credentials in this region.

M-Tech Managing Director Paul Murray welcomed the acquisition as a boost for the business’ growth ambitions:

We have experienced year on year growth since incorporating the business in 2013. We felt the business needed the support of a larger partner to target the next phase of growth. RSE’s unique suite of products and capacity to deliver larger projects was a major attraction for our management.
