Amber Integrated Control & Automation Join RSE via Acquisition into TCS

RSE is delighted to announce that Amber Integrated Control & Automation has joined the portfolio via an acquisition into TCS.

Based in the south of the UK, Amber will continue to operate independently in servicing their existing valued customers, primarily in the climate control, smoke control, natural ventilation and solar shading markets, with the added support of TCS and the wider portfolio. The acquisition will accelerate our collective growth ambitions to achieve business plan objectives and will complement our combined existing and future aspirations.

The acquisition of Amber provides TCS with an additional 22 highly skilled resources, taking TCS to over 80 employees across the UK, and a further manufacturing facility strategically located in the Hampshire area.
