RSE announced as the winners of the CeeD Skills Development award

Our team was delighted to attend the CeeD (Centre for Engineering, Education and Development) Industry Awards 2024 as finalists for the Circular Economy, Skills Development and Innovations award categories.

RSE was honoured to be announced as the winners of the CeeD Skills Development award which recognises organisations that demonstrate a positive impact in the development of learning programmes, processes and academies. 

RSE is dedicated to fostering holistic skills development through our commitment to steering new talent through our apprenticeship programme, providing tailored learning support to mechanical and electrical apprentices across our locations. Our graduate programme also currently nurtures the development of 65 graduates company-wide, and focuses on delivering five interpersonal skills development modules and mentorship over the 2-year curriculum.

Skills development is additionally championed through the RSE Academy which guides school leavers through university and provides practical exposure across RSE business streams. Our pioneering Learning Management System (LMS) also marks a transformative leap in internal skills development by enabling the precise tracking and facilitation of employee skill growth, revolutionising our approach to skill enhancement. 

Our team was thrilled to receive the Skills Development award and to celebrate the achievements of organisations delivering incredible initiatives across the engineering, technology, manufacturing, and wider industrial sectors.
